Isollat-02 Industrial Liquid Thermal Insulation Coating

 

ISOLLAT-02 – is a general purpose, new generation nano technology liquid thermal insulation material with a thixotropic structure consisting of a mixture of microscopically expanded air-filled full silicate microceramic spheres, polymer resins, stabilizers, pigments, modifiers and a binding liquid polymeric structure.

It is a liquid thermal insulation coating developed for thermal insulation of industrial equipment.

Continuous Operating Temperature Range: -60ºС / +150ºС(Peak+170ºС )

  • It is very light. It does not put a load on the structure, vehicle or equipment to which it is applied, and provides volume savings.
  • It is extremely light and very flexible. In this way, it can expand and contract with the surface on which it is applied.

Consumption and Suggestions

  • COLOR : White. It can be colored with pigment. Or water-based or synthetic-based paint can be applied on it.
  • CONSUMPTION: Theoretically 1 Liter /m² (min. 1 mm thickness). In practice, an average of 1.3 liters /m². Consumption amounts may vary in line with the insulation surface temperature, application surface conditions, weather conditions and requests requested in the project.   • PACKAGING: 10Liter / 19 Liter PP buckets.
  • SHELF LIFE : 24 months from date of production if stored in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
  • STORAGE CONDITIONS : Store in a dry and cool environment under air conditions above 0ºC.
