Isollat-04 High Temperature Liquid Thermal Insulation Coating

 

ISOLLAT-04 – is a general purpose, microscopically expanded, air-filled full silicate microceramic spheroids, polymer resins, stabilizers, pigments, modifiers and binders, organic based, high-temperature resistant new generation nano technology liquid thermal insulation material.

It is a product developed for the insulation of high-grade industrial equipment. It is the only product in the entire insulation industry that can operate at such high temperatures.
It is not used alone, it is used in the middle layer or in the application of isollat effectife.

Continuous Operating Temperature Range: -60ºС / +700ºС (Peak+800ºС )

Consumption and Suggestions

  • COLOR : Gray. It can be colored with pigment. Or water-based or synthetic-based paint can be applied on it.
  • CONSUMPTION: Theoretically 1 Liter /m² (min. 1 mm thickness). In practice, an average of 1.3 liters /m². In the application of isollat effective, the consumption amounts may vary in line with the insulation surface temperature, application surface conditions, weather conditions and the requests requested in the project.   • PACKAGING: 10Liter / 19 Liter PP buckets.
  • SHELF LIFE : 24 months from date of production if stored in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
  • STORAGE CONDITIONS : Store in a dry and cool environment under air conditions above 0ºC.
